    There are some martini glasses I want, which with the codes come down to $40 which is great. Then the shipping is applied - which is $96! More than twice the price of the glasses themselves :(

    Shipping is ridiculous!

    Added some baby clothes for newborn, came up to $80 and the shipping was $110 making it a total of $190!!

    Strongly suggest logging in and forcing it to think you're american to double check price before buying. Macys was ripping AU customers with regional pricing last time I looked. And the difference was HUGE.

        No, it's easier than that (although that would probably work too).

        There should be a popup when you first visit the site "Now shipping to australia". Near the bottom of it, click "not shipping to australia" then in the next bit say America instead.

    I checked one thing before and it was $70US, vs $95 AU. Didn't bother checking others as it seemed like they'd improved that variance.

      I don't think they've improved, but now that I think about it the exchange rate has gotten worse so effectively they aren't ripping people off any longer. It's not that their business ethics have gotten better. Shame on Macys.

    Everything costs 25% more when it redirects you to AUD, not to mention shipping prices have always been ridiculous. No deal.

    Log in to US website and send to US auspost address and get it sent to aus. Its alot cheaper and quicker.

        He/she just means to use a shipping forwarder. You pay for them (the shipping forwarder) to receive and consolidate your items at a US address and they'll then ship the items to you. So you basically pay a fee for them to repackage and consolidate, and the cost of international postage to you. Australia post recently started a forwarding service, but allegedly they're charging a lot more than other companies. Just google US shippping forwarder and a whole lot will come up.

          you are correct. There is heaps of companies that do it. I have tried a couple and found that Auspost was the quickest in delivery times and if anything went wrong there was someone to call, so it was a bit of peace of mind for me (buying expensive items).

    I want to purchase cosmetics. When I go to pay it states this item is not available for international shipping :(
