With a diet like this it won't run. Where's the fibres?

Did anyone see that Lateline interview about Sugar and Carbs making you fat?

And how exercise is pointless? Interesting….

Can't wait for the day when we have a 7/11 store every 100m. Where they sell cheap midnight feed that includes pasta, sushi, curry, alcohol and snacks. I miss Japan and Taiwan too much.

It's a bit like that in some areas of the Melbourne CBD.

7/11 is one of the few international corporations I love to give my money to.

In the USA they had Citibank ATMs for my Citibank plus card, in Thailand they sell all the drunk munchies you could want or need and at home I can buy my travel tickets from them (although these days I'm on Opal).

      • Arent Seven-11s run as franchises? in which case you are really giving your money to the local store operator. They then pay an ongoing fee for access to Seven-11 branding, suppliers, shop fitout equipment and marketing materials.

Not that this is a problem - you can support the multinational and the local at the same time.

No Seven-11s in SA thanks to the Shahins - a real shame cos they are coming out with some banger deals lately. :( I spent many a drunken moment in Seven-11s when I lived in Hong Kong a few years back. :D

Keep up the good deals TA. (don't listen to the minority they are just…)
    U ROCK :)

  • Went to the local 7-11 in Bris CBD today and sale has already started. Pie needs sauce.

  • These 7-11 deals are always handy for a quick cheap bite.

  • I really want to know what the food looks and tastes like. Might check it out tomorrow.

  • Just a comparison for the trail mix thing.

Coles has a box of Carmans 5 or 6 pack of muesli bars and nut bars for $3.

So buy one of those instead of spending $2 on a little bag of nuts from 7.Eleven

Mmmm $1 snack size sausage rolls were actually a better deal than $2 full size one…

What the cheese toastie looks like http://i.imgur.com/ReCkwlJ.jpg

Would of preferred to get a brekky wrap but they ran out. Frankly it's better value to get a $3 sausage egg muffin hash brown from hungries.

    • Nice work @ ruler

    • The toasties are really not very good. The bread is only slightly more palatable than the cardboard it's wrapped in.

      • That's pretty small. I'm pretty sure some McCafes do a full size toastie for $2.50.

      • Agreed. Horrible. I tried the brekky wrap its ok but it was really sour I thought it was off but it turned out to be the relish.

  • I know its special but it is smart to know it is not the cheapest when you can get bigger portion at coles or woolies during specials
