This is what they say:

Biltong is a traditional South African delicacy.
They make theirs from premium topside beef, and marinate it in their special spice formula.

They say that the usual retail price is $80 per kg.

Personally I think that $80 and above is ridiculous. At this discounted price I am happier.

FWIW I've tried their biltong and like it.

I've gotten a lot of stokkies from them. They are great. More like jerky. Sliced biltong is nice too but more like proscuitto.

  I found the flavouring on the stokkies too sweet but love their biltong (I buy it uncut and keep it in the freezer).

    Yeah the chutney one and the smoked one are a little sweetish, but I didn't find the other three varieties were sweet. Especially the chilli garlic :P
    
    I should try their biltong though - I've only gotten biltong from another seller. I keep it in the freezer too
