Ozito 5 Piece Cordless Combo Kit $199 @ Bunnings Warehouse

20

Pretty good price. Spotted at Bunnings North Parramatta, but I'm guessing others would have the same deal.

  • Sorry about the picture, I thought I rotated it.

It consists of a drill, torch, jigsaw, circular saw and an orbital sander.

  • I think It's on this price since mid-2014, because my friend bought it for $199 from Bunnings Springvale - Vic

  • I've bought ozito a few times over the years. Every time it has failed within the first few uses. Fortunately I've found bunnings willing to refund or exchange, even if I have had to speak with the manager about 'merchantable quality' to get it.
So while I agree this is a cheap price, I won't be rushing out for this one.

    • oddly the opposite for me, i've had it for years and no problems :)

  • if this was $99 then it would be a bargain…however if you are parting with $199 then look at investing in decent, long life battery powered tools… and perhaps get 2 or 3 and then build your collection over time as required. A good drill/driver with decent torque is worth its weight in gold.

    • Pretty sure I bought this for 99 2 fathers days ago… My memory is hazy though. Either way they paid for themselves quickly during my last renovation, 2 batteries was great and they hold charge well when not in use. No complaints

You are right, I bought it for $99 too. Excellent set but not for $199.

I have had the 3 piece one for few years now. Its ok for small repairs but I wasn't able to hole in brick wall with this drill. Maybe it was the wall's fault, lol

    • Maybe it was the users fault for not using a masonary drill bit.
