iPad Air 32GB $479 @Target or $455.05 OW Price Match

Great deal on the iPad Air 32GB, available in Space Grey or Silver.
$479 looks to be the cheapest I've seen at Target and the cheapest you can get in Aus right now! (According to StaticIce) Obviously OW can price beat and you should be able to get it for $455.05.

I was looking at the Air 2 64GB at OW for $619 but I can't justify $140 for 32GB extra storage and mild hardware improvements. I think a new Air 3 is on its way anyhow.

Hope you get what you want
Cheers

    oh sorry, that was Mini price :P

  • "I think a new Air 3 is on its way anyhow." care to explain?

      About three months away, according to http://buyersguide.macrumors.com/#iPad

      • There will always be a new iPad on its way, but sounds like he meant soon. iPad refresh is normally around late in the year every year and then you have to wait for production and distribution. Prob Sept/October time frame

    Cant really compare iPad Air and iPad Air 2. I personally go for the iPad Air 2 64gb for the extra $140.

    It all depends on one's budget….

    • There nearly identical. Few minor hardware differences that not many people would notice anyhow.

      • +3

        They look identical from outside, but are not from inside. iPad Air 2 has DOUBLE the amount of RAM (Future Proof) comapre to iPad Air. 64-bit Processor, Finger Print Sensor, 8MP Camera compare to 5MP in iPad Air, Thinner, Lighter, has an option to buy in Gold Colour and many more.

          I agree, big differences between the iPad Air and iPad Air 2. Not much change between the mini 2 and 3, and not much difference between iPad Air and iPad Mini 2

        • @clarky:
          Yeah I understand this but in real world uses, the average user won't notice the difference.

          @JackFrost:

          I had the original air and went to the air 2 and glad I did. In real world general use the air 2 is a lot better. Much more stable and tasks like browsing is better since it doesn't have to keep reloading tabs.

          @Ronnnie:
          Yeah? Fair enough then. Maybe I will go for the Air 2 then. Anyhow it's still a good price for an apple device

        Yep, save your money and buy this one.

    Don't forget AMEX $20 cash back on $100 plus spend if you can get it.

  • +2

    Go for the Air 2.
    Air 1 isn't worth it.

    • Agreed. 2GB RAM and tri core cpu will last longer than 1GB and dual core.

  • One of the great benefits of the Air 2 is its amazing lightness. I have an Air 1 which is already light but the Air 2 is ridiculously lighter still. And pretty much every new IPad gets a processor update.

    So if youre content with a 1, there are very good bargains to be had. If you spend more, the 2 is better. If you hold out for the Air 3 it'll be even better still.

    And isn't that always the way with tech?

    Don't forget to check refurb section of Apple website…
