    Thanks. Downloaded the small app, tried on my home - boy was it cheap when purchased.

    Information for all these reports is only as good as last sale information. Mine has almost no details except where it is, unimproved property vale, last sale price - decades ago.

  and why in the world would the email report be sent within 1 business day?! are the emails being hand written then scanned into a PDF then email them off?! rofl lol
