No deal too… They charge (or not refund) valuation fee at settlement… most brokers would provide refund on valuation fee. Got $1k valuation fee back on my deal.

  • I'm not a fan of small capital lenders… with CUA n pay 4.18& (4.20% cr)…these small lenders will get hit hard when GFC mark 2 hits

  • Firstmac 4.04% variable rate no on going fees

    Valuation fee around $300
    No application fee.

Can't have any complaint on Firstmac.

  • OP, who provides the funds for the loans?
Is your business model = commission from the loan pays the solicitors?

    • Hi tg, we service our loans from a number of non-bank lenders. Best to connect with the Freedom Lend team to check your situation. As for commission pays there are different rates for each product and will be hard to provide full details. Again best to contact us for description.

      • If I don't buy in Melbourne (hence I don't need the "free" solicitor service), may I have a share of the commission you get from the lender?
