Got an email from Linkedin today saying they've acquired Lynda and are giving 21 days access for free.
I use a work Lynda account constantly whenever I have any downtime at work and have found it very beneficial for my specific area.
Not sure if you can sign-up now for Linkedin and get the offer, but worth a try.
Hope someone else can find a use for this.

It appears that you need to sign up for a $40 per month account to get the free trial.
Experience has made me very wary of relying on companies to cancel this sort of thing.
Not very impressed by that site when I looked at it years ago. Maybe it's improved? I agree with being wary about companies promptly cancelling before you're billed after a trial.
Competition to Udemy but with different business model.

For what it's worth Queenslanders can get free access to Lynda thanks to the State Library of Queensland.
