How can they still put 1024x768 and 1.5GB for newer tablet nowadays.

1024x768 resolution is a crime , are they trying to poach original ipad mini owners with undercut pricing ??? ( which has a better grade screen , but still a dud in my opinion )

My Acer A1-830 only cost me around $50 after 2 x cash back. The only difference is 1GB and 1.5GM Ram.

Not to mention 16gb "storage", except only 10 is usable…very annoying. Realise all manufacturers do it, doesn't mean it's right

It's worse for Samsung, as their bloat takes up a couple of extra GB compared to stock Android where you'll have about 12-13GB available space.

        • Yeah, but unlike nexus devices or iPad's this can take a 128gb sd card.

I was just thinking that too. That screen resolution is so low it resonates 2001…

      • or 2010 ;)

    Has good reviews:

At this price, is a good and more flexible alternative to the Ipad mini.

  • TFT screen too. I know that specs aren't everything, but really this tab on paper doesn't look much of a bargain at $209. The iPad mini 1st gen looks better, and it's ancient now.

  • Everything is average expect for new OS(Lollipop) and that price tag. Samsung is just like apple now. Selling their brand name. Better off with some other choice.
