Monitoring Notes - No phone line is required, monitoring is GPRS/IP based. Suitable for NBN or naked DSL area's

If monitoring is not purchased ($795.00 inc GST outright) alarm can be connected to a PSTN line to call up too eight mobile phones.

Total cost for alarm system with monitoring is $1314 inc GST over 36 months, truly a great offer by a family business. Suitable for new homes, no need to pay upfront for the alarm system.

Edit: Compared to our normal package, $795.00 this package is different in that one additional sensor is included, there are no direct debit or setup fee's. The idea for this package came from a new home owner who asked if the $795.00 package can be paid off over a period of time. Budget Alarms thought to offer monitoring during the payment period for the users to receive a service during the payment period, with the monitoring only costing a small amount per month.

  Seems like free advertising with no reference of why it is a bargain, can you give us an example of why this is a bargain? OzBargainers do like to support small business, however you still need to put forward a decent bargain!

  The bargain is in the monitored alarm system,

  Zero dollars on installation, with 36 months of monitoring for $36.50 per month including GST, no phone lines, no call cost required, up front it is a saving of $795.00, the total cost is only $1314 inc GST, if you take out the cost of the alarm, the monitoring is only costing $519 for three years or $14.42 per month.

  For those who do not want to purchase monitoring, the package is available without monitoring for $795.00 which includes the powerpoint and a door contact, many other providers do not include either of these as standard, and charge extra.

    Rules of posting state this needs to be a special price or specific bargain. Can you point to some part of this that's on special or cheaper right now - for eg a 'regular price' vs what it is now?
