Not everything is up in price from memory when i was browsing yesterday.

You were not the only one who got a $20 voucher, a lot of us still haven't used it

  • How's their warranty on stuff like storage drives? I'm thinking of maybe getting a Samsung SSD. Seems like they cover it for 1 year. But does Samsung have international warranty as I think it's supposed to be 5 years? Not sure if it were to fail at year 2 if I could get it repaired/replaced. Anyone got any experience with this?

I believe Kogan do grey importing so no warranty directly through Samsung. That's the price you pay with Kogan, plus their support is hit and miss. :(

  • kogan regularly rotate between:
    Free shipping + higher price
No free shipping + lower price

  • Was looking at Orbis luggage. They jacked up the price $50 and now it is more expensive than it was before the "free shipping".

this thing happens with almost all retailers. new financial year they change/upgrade the price. see woollies and coles so they can have weekly half price promos

      • +1

Yes, but the total price is higher after the free shipping than before. Generally a price rise means that you only get a small discount. This actually a loss for the buyer.

  • The minute they give free shipping…. the toshiba cooker goes out of stock…. LAME… :(
