    That's if The Nile actually ships it. I've heard they can just sit on it for a few weeks and then claim can't source stock and refund the money. They don't even carry items in stock even though the online store claims in stock. Items are backordered and shipped into their Warehouse. All i can say is buyer beware.

        They've offered a refund, which I will probably go ahead with.

    I have read the books and they have changed too much and left out so much I can't enjoy it anymore :(

      My order hasn't been cancelled and I received a confirmation email saying my payment has been received and my order has been processed.

      I did purchase it when there was only 15 up votes so they may have run out of stock before they could take the deal down.

      See what i meant earlier about in stock status on the web page doesn't mean "in stock in our warehouse" but it means "in stock at a suppliers warehouse according to what we believe". Items are back ordered and shipped in from a supplier.

    My order hasn't been cancelled from what I can see. I've had order acknowledgement email, followed by an 'updated delivery estimate' saying the goods should arrive by the end of June.
    If I check the website 'track my order' it states 'awaiting stock in our warehouse' and the order status says 'processing.'

    I got in fairly early for the deal. Will post up if they cancel it in the future.

    Ordered the Blu-ray within the first half hour of the deal being posted. Received notification later that afternoon that the order had been processed, and was given a delivery estimate.

    Now they've cancelled the order and sent the same apology message akula posted above.

      Did you have the money in your paypal as a paypal balance or did you go through with your credit card linked? Usually the money will be processed like a normal refund via credit card which can take a couple of business days

    cancelled, and I ordered pretty early on and got the email saying that order was being processed. I suggest that ppl let them know how they feel and that the OzB mods ban any future deals from this mob since this is not the first time.

    I placed my order on Friday afternoon and when I checked online at 6pm, my order had a status of cancel. I queried TheNile but also raised a claim via the Google Trusted Store. My refund was processed that evening and they tried to mark the issue as resolved. I kept the status as Unresolved which got Google reps to speak with TheNile and they agreed to send me out a free copy, considering that the order was already refunded. My order has been dispatched today but it is unfortunate to see others have had their confirmed orders cancel and Google rep is aware of this.
