    plus 10% off https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/198482
I got a physical 10% off voucher after shopping at woolies today

  • How much would these normally sell for?

    • +3

      around $99

    • also, these are tiny at only 1.3m wide…. so nothing really special at this price. And I doubt that you would put 500kg on the shelf anyway, unless you put your motorbike on it… my zx6R was under 200kg anyway.

I've got heaps of these in my shed. You could legit load them to the rated load, they are way more sturdy than literally anything else bunnings or masters sell. They are closer in form to the racking they have all their stock on.

About $140 when you buy it as individual parts at Mitre 10.
Page 16 in this Mitre 10 Catalogue from March 2015.

  • 1300 wide and 900mm tall is TINY.

Better to buy 2m x 2m from Ebay, double the price but 4 times the space

It's sad to see Masters turning out this way. When they're new I'm all out to support them. I don't like monopoly. However, almost everything I wanted I always saw something equivalent and cheaper in Bunnings. Furthermore B range is bigger, the staff knows their stuff better though some can be rude. As an underdog Masters should work much harder I think.

    • What is the equivalent to this at Bunnings and how much does it cost?

    • totally agree. Nuts, bolts, brackets, hardware… they all appear to be cheaper at bunnings. Also, Masters have their bolts in clear plastic pull out containers, vs bunnings in standard manufacturer cardboard boxes. At bunnings you can get 50 bolts or 200 bolts easy enough, but it didn't seem that way at masters. Hardware and tools section at masters is terrible, imho.

twice as high and wider for only $129. Maybe Masters should buy from this manufacturer and resell nationally. http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/4-Layer-550-KG-Shelves-Warehouse-…
