Nope. I tried returning a pair of trousers and they said stores can't accept online returns because they have separate inventories. You can however, get the free alterations in-store with online orders.

Just so you know, invisible stitching is extra ($6 I think?) So it's only really free for jeans.
I bought a pair of jeans so will test this service out and see how it goes. Luckily they have a store in Emporium in Melbourne CBD not too far from work.

Has anyone had issues ordering using an Amex card?
I tried to place an order, I get an order# on the next screen but my item is still in the basket and I don't get one of those "[UNIQLO] : Order # 2000XXXXX" emails saying they received my order.
I tried it twice an got the same result…I placed two other different orders using my VISA card and they went through fine.
Yup, I used AMEX for my order just now. Though, it took a while "processing" for some reason.
