Anyone have experience with dealing with Futu? I put to collect from woolworths & when I ordered it said delivery 1 July
But the messages they are saying it will be shipped 3-5 days.
Only reason I purchased it is to take with me when I go overseas later next week.
I have messages to amend to send to me directly hope it gets delivered.
Esp as they have changed shipping on other models to say between 1-7july

relax, just wait. i think they do not work on Sat and Sun. u might see it on Mon. plus it‘s safe if u pay by paypal. it‘s normal that most sellers do not ship on the same day u place the order.
No I have received & heard nothing. I have sent them that many messages - I'm worried they might screw me over coz I annoyed them. I am worried and now I wish I selected express post option so I would have got it on a confirmed date.

I havent recieved a tracking number. They said 2-5 days for a dispatch and tracking number so i assume maybe within the next few days? have you? im getting worried now. they seem to reply with automated emails. Its supposed to come on thursday…

No info re Australian warranty however.Finally delivered then messaged me after delivery. Came in a box that said shopping express. So I assume same company. Should be aus stock considering the plug and therefore warranty should be good?
