No pills and supplements for toddlers please. This is snake oil. They need real food. Formula is for babies, when needed.
It's handy for toddlers when they have the occasional fussy eating phase.
They'll eat when they get hungry enough. And whats wrong with regular milk for an "occasional phase"?
Formula contains more vitamins and minerals than regular milk.
We try and feed our toddler meat but he won't much of it. He loves his fruit and vegetables though but still misses out on minerals meat provides, so a top up of formula every now and again helps feed that gap.
