    Whats the difference between B12 and B28? They seem to both be 700Mhz according to T-Dimension.

      Different infrastructure. This phone wont work on local 700Mhz.

        Also T-dimension is also a reputable company the i would definitely deal with again.

        So cheaper else where with a most likely better company, it's a pretty clear neg.
