          Sorry for delayed response - holiday :-)

          Issues:

          Phone turned itself off (close to fully charged at the time). Won't restart / doesn't respond to charger. Tried removing the battery and recovery-style reboots without any sign of life.

          As I'm now back home, I'll contact Gearbest about remedies - but I'm not holding my breath.
