  • I've always been wondering, is the ultrasharp one worth it? It's twice the price of that the 24" non-ultrasharp one… I wanted to get one, but the best quality.

    • Me too - considering you can pick up today's BenQ deal for around $200 it makes you seriously wonder if the extra is ever worth it - you can get 2 other 24" for the price of this one and have a dual setup.

      • this screen is 16:10 and has more inputs than you can poke a stick at as well as a height-adjustable stand
can't remember if it still has the card reader, and usb hub as well….

        • Personally, not sure all that is worth an extra $500 - I guess whatever floats your boat!

  • -1

not a bargain at $719 when a benq can be had for $199

    • Its not fair compare this monitor with the BenQ, they are in totally different class. You're comparing a toyota with a ferrari here. The dell here is a high end monitor used for professional digital media editing. I own the previous model and I can tell you I've never seen another monitor even close to the quality of the vibrant colours and sharpness this monitor has. Its all down to your requirements, but I suggest anyone interested to see the monitor's performance first hand before giving a bad verdict.

    • In my opinion i think that if you can save $80 on something that is $799 it is allways a bargain. And since your comparing Dell and Benq together i guess that for you every cent counts :)

  • i had this debate before then the benq was 165 lol and i said u can buy 3 of it and have enough left over for lunch.

But i guess having an adjusttable stand and usb hubs and better quality (apparently) is worth the extra (500 bucks)

  • It has a far superior panel (IPS) than the benqs, it has a USB hub, a card reader, all the inputs you will ever need a height adjustable stand with pivoting functions and a better warranty than benq.

Find a 15% off coupon and buy it for $611.
