      You need to have a voip modem and setup pennytel account. YOu will get 10 Millions minutes FREE CALLS to certain countries, so check the term and condition or call them or use live chat.

      That's not to do with the promotion. It's always free Pennytel to Pennytel calls, which is what the sign up email refers to. The T&C for this promotion clearly states which calls are free!

      "The free minutes are valid only for calls made to landlines in Australia & the UK, and calls made to landlines and mobiles in Canada, China, India & the USA.
      To make calls to other non-promotional destinations, members need to have sufficient credit in their PennyTel accounts. PennyTel to PennyTel calls are FREE"

        Yes. Marlboro Man is right. That is what my understanding. Pennytel to pennytel ALWAYS FREE.
