Yeah they had a van in Southbank and there were plenty of them around 4pm. Probably because everyone used an Uber voucher before and they didn't wanna pay 15 bucks for the icecream.
Is available in Perth too, although from what I saw of the billboard driving around, you get it free with your first ride.
