  I have one of these products and they require you to screw off top section every time you finish slicing a small piece of vegetable. It is time consuming and difficult to wash but tends to make a nice garnish.

    Yes,it make a nice garnish. Because if we use knife directly ,then haha ,maybe ugly shape.:)
