The old Ir ones would not work in sunlight, but these are radio-controlled.

$16 is a fair bit for delivery but looking on eBay, these things are $100+ so not a bad deal anyway.

Ordered on monday arrived on wednedsday in brissie. I got the four pack plus the starship.
choppers are nice and stable fly well indoors. The starship is a bit twitchie on the throttle. Trim adjust helps but still has a touchy throttle that can mess with flight when yawing. Appart from that simple pitch and roll flights are pretty good and stable with little to no drift indoors. perfect for learning to handle the bigger beasties especially since the props are shielded.
