  So it's an OTG adapter instead of an OTG cable. I can see how that could be useful. Damn beaten to the punch.
  FREE, but $4 to post in an envelope from China/HK? Hmmmm, I'll keep my thoughts to myself on that one (or probably end up with another 'discussion').

      I think he was more referring to how these type of things are normally $1-$5 with free shipping from china anyway. At least that's what I was thinking. So $4 with free shipping or free with $4 shipping…

  Those things (the OTG adaptor) cost $1~2 USD from Aliexpress, if you don't mind using Aliexpress.
  I bought one for $1.70 USD, I've seen it go down to $1.40 USD, if anyone's interested.

  Plenty of OTG cables can be bought online between 50c and $1 all over the internet, so not a bargain at all.

  i bought a USB to 3.5mm plug and it didn't work. that was from Miniinthebox.com.au . but for $4, i just got this anyways. might be worth a try! so why not , i also bought adidas shoes from the website.

    Technically speaking, microUSB 3.0 is backward compatiatble with microUSB 2.0 (at least you can plug the cable in). That said, I am not sure how well it or whether it will work. Other than that, I am not too sure whether OTG supplies enough power for SSD. Also, NTFS do not work with Android as well, so you have to use either exFAT or FAT32.
