  • Who else is on a Note 4 and is finding this thing incredibly laggy? No sd slot and removable battery aside, I'm worried about buying this thing and finding it extremely laggy after 10 months… and without sd and removable battery. :( Are there any other big screen stylus phones?

      Me.

I am moving on to LG G4. It doesn't have a stylus though.

Reading here is enough to turn me off the G4.

      • I decided to do the same after t dimensions eBay dramas. Just need a good dual sim phone. Hard to decide between the g4, xiao mi note pro and Huawei ascend mate 7. Can't justify 1k for note 5 dual sim.

Go for Huawei as it supports “Dual Sim Dual Active”

  • My note 4 isn't as laggy today as it was when I first got it.

    • What did you do to speed it up?

      • Nothing, updating from Kitkat to Lollipop improved speed on mine. On Kitkat I was going to replace it, but Lollipop has been good. Still lags more than my old HTC ever did. I wouldn't buy an LG or Samsung phone again. Next phone I get will be a nexus, I don't care if the camera is crap or no sd card slot.

    • I have rooted mine and installed nameless rom with great result. Very smooth and battery lasts longer.
It is very stable and battery lasts 2 days with light usage.

      • I get 2 days between charges, and that with around 5-6 hours screen on time. I'd rather stick with stock so I get to keep warranty, and in my experience using roms isn't as stable. The lag not that bad anyhow, not worth spending $500 on another phone that is known to have lag issues too. If Samsung and LG used lower res screens, they probably wouldn't lag at all.

          The S6 is coping easily.

        • @ozhunter:

True, exynos SoC is a lot better than the s805 or s808.

  • So nice

  • Is this (and the Gold color) dual SIM?

  • Just got my tracking number from Kogan for 32gb Gold

    • Received mine today and can confirm it is the N920i version
