Great opportunity to get any C&C title cheap, unfortunately not on steam, but digital download through EA Store.

If you go direct to eastore.com you will probably end up in the APAC store and as usual we are being screwed and not getting the same deal.
I end up in the AU store when I try to click on the link for more details :( Steam have C&C Red Alert 3 for $10.19 until 4 am Monday. I don't know if that is cheaper or not but seems like a great deal.
Even with a US account you still end up at the Aus store (IP based detection), so it won't work, unfortunately.
Use a Proxy located in the US and try it that way.
