Buyer beware. These pans are sold under a variety of names. They work acceptably for about 30 days but then the non-stick stops working. The quality is very low and overall disappointing.

There's a reason they're heavily discounted from $100s down to only $49. It's not because they're in high demand.

thank you for the advice. Anything to back up these claims?

      • Well, these are a different brand, but I assume it's the same thing: http://www.productreview.com.au/p/stonedine-cookware.html
Then again, the exact same brand has good reviews on Amazon.

      • Alibaba. Best source of info on all these Made in China products.

The company who makes StoneChef is ZJUK Cookware.

        http://uniquecookware.en.alibaba.com/product/1959752298-8013…

They're the same company who makes StoneDine.

        http://www.alibaba.com/product-detail/StoneDine-Non-stick-St…

Also goes by another name FlavorStone.

Look at the "Verified Supplier" link and the various photos of the company headquarters are the same. Plus the pan descriptions are all identical. They even boast they make the pans with any name. Companies simply pay ZJUK for a "branded pan" they can sell with a huge markup. But they're all the same pans.

There's a hilarious review of StoneDine on FairGo NZ. Just google for "fairgo nz stonedine". It's the 10 minute video. Very entertaining. They even hire a professional chef and he can't stop the pans from sticking.
