      The purple isn't very intense. It's almost a slate grey/purple, but I'm just a bloke, you need to ask a woman what the exact colour is and where about on the Dulux paint charts it is.

      I got one of the bags a few weeks back when someone first posted them on here at $5 - I would say it's more blue than purple when you see it in the flesh ;-)
      And I would say it's "unisex", and it is pretty low grade protection in terms of fabric thickness/material, padding, etc

      (much like a watch that I got from COTD - it looked yellow in the photos, but was in fact green when I received it.)

      I think their photographer needs better white/colour balance…

    I had bought it a few weeks ago at $15 thinking I was getting a good price… It's a nice size and comfortable. I plan on taking mine to motorsport events and carry both my SLR and handycam.

      It has been various prices - originally $24.99, and $15 for Club Catch. It was then dropped to $5 a few weeks back and I purchased one after someone on here posted about the $5 price. As per another comment - It is not, in my opinion worth $20 or more, it offers little in the way of protection for an expensive camera, due to the choice of material and padding.

    Thanks OP, managed to pick it up for $5 + delivery after they changed it from Club Catch-only and before they changed it to $19.99. Strangely though my invoice says Subtotal $19.99, Postage $9.99, Total $14.99, but thankfully only $14.99 has hit my credit card.

    Even at $19.99 and $10 shipping it is still a good price.
    Not great but only a few dollars more than at amazon (amazon does not ship this item to Oz).

    It's been $5 for more than a week now. Added it twice to my cart and then removed.. even for $5 with free shipping over $50 I just couldn't buy it.. good for the camera insert only or to use as a baby bag..

    Have been waiting to see if the 18L version dropped to $5. I have a similar Lowepro bag that was very good for travel.
