  • Rep, any potential upcoming deals on Oricom Baby Monitors?

  • Great price but had one of these from another retailer, poor quality product, the "Loud" speaker was useless. Kept dropping out. Got a replacement & the same (full refund given by other retailer). But suppose you can't complain if you're only paying $35

  • We have sold many of these phones and we havnt ever had a problem with this model.

  • +1

I have the single handset of this which I paid about $16 on ebay for almost 1.5 years ago. The max volume is too low, and they are uncomfortable to hold. You're better off looking for the Panasonic 3 pack DECT handsets (with answering machine and speakers on each phone) that were selling on DSE for about $40 multiple times this year - I bought this for my mum and it has much better sound quality.

    • I agreed with Trishool. I am using the Panasonic 3 Pack DECT handsets for over 1 year, very happy with the quality of the sound, very happy with the all the features on the product . Higher recommended Panasonic 3 pack DECT and I piad $40 from DSE!

  • I can guarantee you that this phone is just as good.

Oricom are a good company when it comes to cordless phones and we rarely have a problem.

35.00 with free shipping is a good deal

    • No its not a good deal because its not a good quality phone. The Panasonic model I am speaking about is this: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/203069.

It craps all over the Oricom in terms of audio quality, name recognition and general usability of the phone and its features. Its speakers on the handsets are quite loud as well. When they are on sale at Dick Smith for around $40, they are a massive bargain and no one in their right mind should consider an Oricom over the Panasonic at that time. I'd even pay $20 more for a better handset than what Oricom are delivering. Perhaps if youre so sold on the quality of your handsets you give out a 30 day money back no questions asked satisfaction guarantee to everyone who buys it? That will really put Oricom in its place.
