      • Line 5 says it can froth cold milk in 2 seconds (in very poor English)

I think it means you have to press and hold the button for 2 seconds so you only get frothing and no heating; same as the Nespresso frother :)

    • Give this a go: texture milk (for latte art) with a french press (coffee plunger):

P.S. heat the milk in the microwave first

There are about 10 when I left.

  • Do you know if this is nation wide or store specific? I couldn't seem to find the item on OW site… will have another look.

    • +1

      Nationwide, mate.

  • +3

Got the last one from OW - QV Melbourne ($15) a couple of weeks ago - works well - looks similar to the Aldi one

    • +1

Looks very similar in terms of looks and function. The Aldi one came out at $25 and I think is $28 now, I have a couple which work great. Easy to clean and have survived a good number of uses.

Fingerprints look awful on this but are easy to wipe. Comments based on the Aldi unit so YMMV.

      • Certainly a lot better than the heavily discounted $30 Lavazza Lattemento's one.

    • thanks, I was thinking about buying this one to replace my Aldi model, which I happen to hate

      • +3

Its probably the same product with a different label…

And here you can see our new product… Duff Dry…

I think the item in question has the SKU code of "GAFMF3", it also shows up as $15 on the system.

      You Sir, are a baller

    • Thanks!

    • Link just takes me to a review page? "This product is no longer available. Continue shopping at Officeworks."

      • Don't take this as gospel as it ain't my area, when a item has reached the "quit cycle" (this item has), it is hidden from the web. Why? No idea…

  • WA mate?

  • Thx got one Belconnen. May have been last one unless some hidden away

  • This looks identical to the Aldi one for $27.95, these work well. Just don't get the base wet or it will stop working eventually :)

    • +2

Mine works well for 1st heated froth only, the next cup will get your milk burnt at the bottom and taste weird.

  • Cannot find this product on Officeworks website.

  • +1

None in SA. I need a few of these. :(

  • Thanks, OP. Got one for home and am contemplating another for work.

  • Unfortunately, I called up the Fiztroy store in Vic and they didn't seem to know what I am talking about. They said there's no such product :(

  • Thanks OP, I got one from Richmond VIC, I had to be a bit persistent as the guy who helped me looked on their website and said there is no such product, I insisted he look on their stock list using product code listed by @vtdin1 and Thankfully, it was found. Thanks to both of you.

    • How many they had ??

  • +1

This looks identical to the model previously sold @ ALDI. Mine is still going after after 2 years of everyday use.

    • Agreed. Good to have a backup though, they wear out eventually. My one's non-stick coating is wearing out too.
