PS3 12GB version appears that you have to have it delivered whereas the 500GB version lets you C&C

Seems like a good deal with a lot of stuff from that special out of stock typically!

What is the difference between 12GB and 500GB? Only storage difference? Can I hook up an external hard drive to the 12GB one? Also PS3 and PS4, what is the major difference?
