A rubbish product wouldn't even drink it if it was free…

It's just super concentrated cordial or food die..

  Well yeah? It's marketed as "pocket sized flavour boosters, that allow you to flavour up your water your way, while you’re on the go." Don't see your issue here? And I've had the berry one and it's quite nice. Too expensive compared to cordial though

Seems a healthy product, only sodium levels the rest are marked as 0g?

  I wouldn't take that as a marker of a healthy product. Probably means artificial sweeteners, artificial colours, very little "natural" content in there.
  
  On the other hand, if most people knew where natural red food colouring comes from, they may prefer the artificial ones:
