This product doesn't have international warranty but I think it is still 1 year warranty covered by Amazon (correct me if I am wrong)?

The list of products below does not have International Warranty Services:
IdeaCentre Desktop and All-In-One including A, B, C, H, K, Q Series
IdeaPad Tablet and IdeaTab Tablet
Lenovo Smartphone

International warranty lookup:

  • $850 Delivered with Amex @ Amazon

    I'm getting $888?

    • Amazon convert: $888.09
      Google convert: $850.99

      • With the Amazon Amex 15% discount offer, you have to pay the price quoted of $888. There's no way around it.

        • You can pay it in USD

  • According to the warranty information on the link:
"Parts and labor repair coverage where the customer is responsible for shipping (including packaging or delivery) to an authorized warranty provider or repair center"

Shipping a PC back and forward to the US for one or more warranty claims would likely be prohibitively expensive.

  • +6

Over spec'd CPU, and under spec'd everything else. IMHO you'd be better off building your own.

    • yeah, save the money on the i7, spend it on more ram, better video card, and/or ssd.

  • Anyone thought of possible voltage issues. Would it blow up as soon as you plugged it into 240V because the PSU was made for 110V?

Learn from the guy who bought a Washing machine online from US not knowing about this issue. Can't remember if he posted about it here on Ozbargain.

    • Most PSU's are auto switching now, some still have a switch on the back. I can't remember ever seeing one that couldn't handle both 110v and 230v.
