At quick glance the superior 4K Random performance should make the BX100 the better drive for running an OS on.

Since the Amazon link last time, I'm a bit confused about the differences between this (BX100) and the MX200 that they had on sale. The MMX200 "seems" to be a higher rated product with slightly higher maximums and better for writes. However, I've seen reviews that backs up this claim, and also some that contradicts it saying that the BX100 is faster overall. Does anyone know aa bit more about this to clear it up? Thanks
MX200 has some extra features that you'll probably never use.

It doesn't come with a sata data cable. If you are swapping your existing drive there's no problem.
