Hahahaha not too sure if I want to order them now lol

Anyway, rep, could you tell me if these are hard or soft jerky? I love the soft jerky you can buy from Woolworths and Coles but wouldn't mind giving some of the flavours you offer a try.

    Thanks =)

    • Hi Project Zero,

Jim's Jerky is not as hard as other Jerky's on the market. Jim uses only A Grade Topside Yearling so it has less fat through the grain of the meat so making it not as tough! Try some, you will love it!

      • Dang, was checking out when I released you guys don't accept AMEX or paypal… T_T

      Hi PissLUR,

Thanks for the correction. We aren't the smartest cows in the paddock but we sure do make the best Jerky! Head to www.jimsjerky.com.au to order yours! I'll let you be the judge! :)

  • I've yet to find anything that beats Jim's Jerky.

I just hope there isn't a rotten "zombie" jerky.

    • I agree Jims is the best tasting jerky.. however your jerky may not be rotten but it could be past its date: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/199306

      • I was making a reference to the halloween flavours in the post.

      • Hi DaveAus!

Halloween Jerky was manufactured WC 12/10/15 with 7 months expiry. These are a promotional run made specifically for October and not run out stock as the Korma Curry had been.

what's your opinion on Geronimo Jerky?

have you guys tried it? and do you consider them a top competition?

they claim their jerky is tough only because they take out 60% of the moisture and by not adding any preservatives

      • I too would like to know as im hanging for some more STAMPEDE on their next deal ;)

      • @ zeckem

My experience (jerky junkie) with Geronimo Jerky is it is tougher/drier than most.

I prefer Jim's or bittong Au/online (yes I know its different from jerky) the most.

There used to be a company/brand in Syd (markets near the beach), that made some awesome jerky, Silver something?, if anyone knows the brand please let me know, I got some when on holidays a few times & cant find anything about them (Vic), I don't think they had a website.

I will order some, thanks OP.

    • If I like 1 or more of the weird favors, will it be possible to order more/bigger packs?

      Thanks
