      There is no standard price as there is no official Australian stock.
      Xiaomi has not entered Australian market.
      We are an Australian registered company that imports Xiaomi products with tax invoice.
      You are covered by 12 month local warranty for your purchase :)

          The most accurate way to tell if a Xiaomi Power Bank is fake is to open it up and check the battery cell and circuit board.
          Doing so will void the warranty, if that is genuine product.
          However, you can still put it back together and use it.
          Only need to use some glue to stick the cover plates back.

    I've just tried to place an order for 5x10000mah + 1x5000mah + led light and shopping cart total comes to $219.25? Cart indicates each item is $43.85? Am I missing something? Is there a redemption code I'm meant to be entering?

      *Ok, worked it out, looks like there is a bug with the shopping cart. If you order the additional 5000mah and led light this results in each item costing 43.85. When i remove these items it returns to the advertised price.

    Bought a 5000mAh one from them before on eBay. I'm in NSW. Delivered the next morning!! Amazingly fast shipping. Asked for a tax invoice and they do provide it. Just curious, does Australia Post always deliver that fast? I bought other items before on eBay and they are NSW, but arrived 5 days after. It doesn't make any sense.

      Our warehouse is located in NSW.
      Your order will be shipped using AusPost eParcel with online tracking.
      Normally it takes 1-3 business days to deliver to local area.
      However, AusPost's service is not 100% reliable.
      Sometimes parcel will be delayed.

      Our best guess is your other purchases were delayed from traffic issue or some other reasons.
      When this happens, you can contact the seller.
      As AusPost can only start an investigation case 3 days after ETA, try wait for 2 days then contact seller.
      E.g Item sent on Monday from NSW to NSW. ETA is Wednesday. You should contact seller on Friday if item still hasn't arrived. They will be able to lodge an enquiry for you to AusPost.

      10400mAh has been discontinued for few months now.
      There shouldn't be anymore stock in the market.
      10000mAh is the newest model to replace 10400mAh.

      Only silver color version is available for today's promotion.
      You won't be able to choose different color.

      Piston III has better earbud design.
      Noise isolation is much better than Piston II.
      Some customers suggest Piston II has better sound quality.
      Technically sound quality shouldn't be much different as they are using the same material.

          There is also a cheaper version called Xiaomi Piston 3 Youth Edition.
          It comes within a paper box with no additional protection.

      besides, the xiaomi power bank is a very hard aluminium case which might cause scratches over some surface due to the sharp edge….

      Xiaomi power banks can produce 5.0V and 2.0A output power.
      Depending on the device you are using, quick charge requires both power source and the device to be capable.
      If your phone/device is compatible with quick charge, them it can to be recharged really quick using this item.

      Xiaomi 5000mAh has 9mm in thickness :)

    How does warranty work? My previous power bank that i recently received has trouble charging. I have to keep fiddling with the USB port (I've used different cables including the original to no success) and it keeps disconnecting.

          All Xiaomi power banks are compatible with any devices with standard 5.0V power input.
          That includes all mobile phones, most tablets and some other devices, such as GPS.
          So yes, definitely compatible with Samsung Edge Plus and Apple iPhone.

          If you need to buy one unit of 10000mAh and one unit of 5000mAh, here is what you should do:
          1. Clear your shopping cart
          2. Go to product page of 10000mAh power bank
          3. Tick the box beside 5000mAh power bank
          4. Go back up and change the number to "1"
          5. Click on the "Add to Cart" button

          Both items will be added into your shopping cart.

    16000 10000 50000 are just like 256g 128g for hard drive, which you will never get for the true capacity(but this value does have meaning in commercial way).

    i did feww test with my 16000 and 10400 bank. here is what i get

    16000:—>10800/14000
    10400:—>6500/9000

    what does it mean?

    means for the 16000Mha one, I only need to charge 14000 to make it 100% full, when i use this powerbank from 100% to 0%, i only get 10800mha out of it.

    the unit i used to meanture the power : http://i.imgur.com/ZHrGL9q.jpg ( note the value in the picture was a random test)

    (I did 3 tests for each unit i have, the test is definitely not 100% accurate, but it wont have big error by any means)
    (And this is also true fact when it comes to powerbanking market, all the value that the company claimed is not what you can just use to value/YourPhoneBatterty = number of charge, so i am not saying xiaomi is lying to us nor doubting the genuity of this product, it is just like Harddrive storage myth we have been experiancing for a decade)

    and well, despit all that, the fact i only have 2 power banks and which all of them have being xiaomi is enough to say that this product makes me happy whenever whereever i need it( i have one in car , and one at home, getting 3rd one for carrying around) i use them as charger instead of out-of-power-emergence-back-up-battery. i always have them fully charged.

    i used to always have to make sure my phone is plugged in before i fall asleep(the action of finding my charger and plug it in is enough to make me back to wide awake…otherwise next day i will be dead(come on , who can live the day with a dead phone in the morningo.0?).
