  • Looks like a monster. 12gb of Ram. Wow.

Bit of a beast. Not bad value for a pre-built.

Could quiet easily build something roughly the same with less money.. I wouldn't use as much RAM though, overkill anyone?

    No mention of brands used?

PS: I can't find that build on your link. Got a direct link?

Those specs you could roughly build for around $1k including case and DVD-RW. Should be able to save at least $4-500 bucks if you build it yourself, including a genuine copy of Windows.

Without an LCD surely this could be built for hundreds cheaper! 1TB HDDs are $85 these days, the video card is outdated.. it's not a bad deal considering it comes assembled but any word on accessories or operating system? Looks pretty average given the details we have so far.

closest i could find was this $1793.00, imo this is not a bargain

    • this model has a better chip, more memory and better graphics card to the standard wks-700 for slightly more money, from what the sales guys tell me its all brand name stuff inside

  • I think most people who use ozbargain, have the knowledge to build there own pc's, therfor this deal isn't a deal.

But for the small % that do not, this might be good for them.

i checked these specs against digital star and pioneer computers and the same spec unit was just under $3k
