  • Gluten and dairy free, high in fat due to it being made from coconut.

    • Good fat?

      • Not a dietitian or nutritionist, so my knowledge is limited, but the saturated proportion is quite high, so I'm guessing no?

        • +1

Poor old saturated fat. For over forty years now, it’s been spoken of only in hushed tones, dissed as nothing but artery clogging, obesity-causing poison. This “common sense fact” has become so widely accepted that a lot of people who want to improve their diet start by purchasing skim milk, ditching their egg yolks, and beginning a life free of steak, pork, and butter.
It’s time to bring bacon back to breakfast. Saturated fat is GOOD for you.

  • Tastes terrible too

  • I got one - they are terrible.

  • had one spoon and tossed it in the trash

  • Is it the flavour itself or the yogurt altogether that made it terrible? Just curious as I can only eat non-dairy yoghurt or lactose free.

  • Yeah I had mine at lunch and it tastes like a heavily watered down version of CoYo (which I love!) ): Shame.
    http://www.coyo.com.au/ << is the shizznizz but $5 for 150g / $12 for 500g so it's pricey but a whole lot tastier. <333

  • I bought one in the shops and thought they were ok… wasn't a big hit but I didn't mind the taste and texture!
