    • Hi jv,
Your mistaken since i paid $945 today for this item.

Then post the receipt because their website says they don't price beat, only price match.

        • Not sure how to upload the receipt. Used megafile

        • @jv:

I think you fail to understand this is a gas appliance! Reason they honor the 10% discount.

        • @Damned:

          this is a gas appliance

and appliances are excluded from the 10% off…

If you got 10% off, that it just LUCK, not their policy…

        • @jv:

Ok you need to click on my account not mouse over.Reason i couldnt work out how to upload using site… I did read the faq.

        • @Damned:

There is no "files" under My account.

        • @jv:

Well maybe its not seen as an appliance then. The sales person did have the manager approve the deal so i doubt they both made a mistake.

But its possible, anywayz the receipt is posted and cant see why you cant match the price in store.

        • @Damned:

The sales person did have the manager approve the deal so i doubt they both made a mistake.

It's clear in their policy that appliances are excluded.

          You were just lucky…

Also, you need to put the STORE in the title… gstore.com.au

Price beats are not bargains, read the posting rules…

          where ?

        • @Damned:

There's no date on the receipt.

        • @jv:

          Date now shown.

        • @Damned:

They'll ignore a receipt that's not dated. Not much point posting it…

    Price beats aren't deals.

    • $1050 is a good deal. Deal gets better when you buy from masters.

      • Deal gets better when you buy from masters.

Doubt they will cut it more, unless we can show them a receipt.

Even they, they could refuse because it's an exclusion from their 10% off deal…

        • I have posted the receipt above.

          No you haven't.

All I can see is a link to megafileupload… That site is blocked for me.

No that's not how it works. Read the guidelines.

Hot water heaters are not appliances according to Masters.
Select Appliances and they are not shown. Also the link does not include appliances in the basic product tree like appliances (microwaves, fridges etc). It's under bathroom & plumbing.

Not saying it would be a fight to get 10% off, but not an appliance (ie. indoor item) according to Masters website.

    • Hot water heaters are not appliances according to Masters.

Where does it say that gas hot water appliances are not considered appliances ?

      • As I said. Hot water heaters are under bathroom and plumbing. They aren't listed under the appliance section. Try "shop our range" - Appliances and they are not there. Only under bathrooms and Plumbing.

It's a gas water heater (or service), never heard it called an appliance before. I wouldn't call a fixed oven an appliance either, but I suppose most do sort of plug in if electric. Not relevant to this case….

I'm just going by their website layout and categories, not what you or I think is an appliance.

  • I must say… I agree with… jv
