Samsung Galaxy S6 G920I 128GB Gold - $707.65 + $20 Shipping - Topbuy.com.au

100

Samsung Galaxy S6 G920I 4G 128GB Gold for $707.65. Shipping to metro Adelaide was just short of $20 but I assume will depend on your location.

I believe it is the Australian model not the International model Galaxy S6 G920I versus Galaxy S6 G920F but I don't follow this sort of thing closely so correct me if I am wrong.
Edit / clarification: I believe this is a grey import / parallel import of the Australian model. But from the Yatango link there is also a difference between the frequency bands available on the Australian model (G920i) versus the International model (G920f).

Be aware of Topbuy's reputation and Topbuy's reputation on Ozbargain as well.

Google cache says that it has been this price since at least 2nd Nov.

Samsung Galaxy S6 G920I 4G 64GB Black Unlocked Mobile Phone $708.05. Shipping to metro Adelaide was just short of $35, I have no idea why one costs double the other for postage I guess popularity gets factored in or something. Google Cache says it was $864.55 on 6th Sept.

It says it's an international product under the warranty section.

It is, though I think I get what he is trying to get across.

Galaxy S6 is split into different models. G920 represents the model (Galaxy S6), the alphabet behind G920 represents the region/telecommunication company (in some cases) it was built for. G920F is the model that is not "Australian model" in that it is released for many Northern hemisphere countries (i.e. many European contries use G920F). The S6 model that was released in Australia (and many other Southern hemisphere countries) was G920I and you can flash Australian stock ROM onto that device. I think it matters because of bands that the device supports.

  • I ordered one item with Topbuy.com.au (4-Port USB Travel Charger with 4 Wall Plugs) two years ago, never reached my home. So ozbargainers be careful.

  • Very tempting. I'm going overseas soon, can I get TRS?

Just had a look on the product review website and there's one review from yesterday about someone ordering an S5 and having no clarity of where their order was? I might stay clear of this one!

    • makes good reading. At least they are consistent!
