  • But it's 20% off on ebay now… Max discount with your sale in store is 20%, but that's the absolute maximum (ie spend exactly $500 and don't go over).

Only way of achieving better is to use discounted wish cards, but cashback on ebay purchases counteracts that anyway.

So rep, besides being longer lasting, any advantage to this sale?

Not everything is in their ebay store though. Like the Honda HRE370 electric mower I was eyeing.

    • Trade discount, woolies gift cards, cash rewards? potential 32% off.

        woolies gift cards

        Yep I mentioned that ;)

        cash rewards

Pretty sure you can't do that in-store ;)

        • oops. didnt see that ><!

Pretty sure trade discount always works. Has for me.

  • Spend $150 get $20 Off = 13.6%
    Spend $300 get $50 Off = 16.6%
    Spend $500 get $100 Off = 20%

Also for example the EGO 56v Lawn mower comes with a Fast-Charger in-store ($109), but not if brought online, this, plus the $100 off means (if you brought both) its $90 cheaper to buy in-store

Also have a look as a lady in-front of me got one at the old price of $599, then $100 off, so ~$4 cheaper than using the eBay voucher.

    • but not if brought online,

How do you bring the mower online? Does it have wifi ?

      • online
        ɒnˈlʌɪn/
        adjective
        1. controlled by or connected to a computer.
        adverb
        1. while connected to a computer or under computer control.
        2. in or into operation or existence.
"the new power plant will go online this month"

So, the quoted sentence still does make sense, when a charged power pack is inserted, and the unit is turned on, it has been 'brought online'.

Planning to get the EGO 56v Lawn mower. Can somebody advise if the following makes sense:

$629 - $100 off = $529, with the fast charger thrown in as a freebie.

Using Woolies eGift card will give me a 5% discount, thus bringing it down to $502.55?

      • The deal is listed as not being valid with any other offer, so not sure if the 5%, or a 10% (THANKYOU10/MASTERS10) would work. Pop into your local store and see if they have left the old $599 ticket on the shelf.

Managed to get it at $499 with the fast charger at Masters in Knoxfield.

        • @JaxSantiago: Nice, make sure to give the Deal a +
