      Log in my account and this is what it state.

      "This promotional bonus can not be applied to your account because of the following reason:
      Can NOT claim this promotional bonus more than once."

      I signed up for JetStar Promo November but not this 1

    it's not a duplicate as it's a December promo. if you have the voucher from last time in your account, you cannot use this one. however, i think if you used the November one already or when that one expires, you can apply for the December one…

    Doesn't work for me either and I have already used the $10 credit from the previous promotion.

    It might be as barguy says. We'll be able to apply for the promotion once the last promotion expires (10th Dec?)

    I couldn't get the above posted one to work, but I tried this link from another website and it let me do it fine (even though I have claimed the November $10 voucher)
