Don't confuse cost and value.
I'd say $13.99 is very good value for that sized brush and it's a good brand

Looking at the fine print, it looks like this offer only applies to the "Wattyl Solaguard Low Sheen White 6L".
Can confirm price ($48) includes tinting. Deal is valid to 25/11/2015.
Only tinting of the white base though. Can't get black :(

Bought a Sherrin Williams (3.78L) Paint from Masters Roxburgh Park for $72 ( I know quite expensive) and asked them to mix it for beautiful hazel colour. Went home - opened the paint tin - and it was bright yellow. Masters refused to take it back saying we don't take tinted paint back. Wont buy from Masters again. Will stick to Bunnings. Rude staff at Exchange & Return section at Roxburgh Park. No wonder Masters will be closing down in couple of years.
Can you tint the white? and if you click and collect, can you tint it to a colour on collect?
Yes. You would have to ask once you go Instore to pick it up

Probably not, certain colours are only available with each base.
It would be best to check with someone in the paint department at your nearest store and they could confirm it better
Good price. Probably the only product that would make me go to Masters.
