        Yeah with china mail, just says tracking ID is invalid. Then again most things I order that send via CNAM say the same thing so it isn't an indication on its own.

      Did you apply code first? It shouldn't even take you to the PayPal screen. After code is applied it registers total as $0 and you can check out after filling billing details out.
