I have been with Bluehost for four years and have been happy with their service support. It is US shared hosting but I have not had uptime issues compared to other unlimited shared hosts like Dreamhost (which I would still be happy with if they have the right deal).

I also have been with BlueHost for years, unfortunately they do nothing for their existing customers. Every 3 years when I renew I am paying more whilst the intro offers (for new customers) are the same as 3 years ago. No complaints with uptime or service though, my tip would be to take advantage of the intro offer and buy the 36-month package to maximise your savings. I think the current 2015 price is 9.95/month with a price increase coming in the new year (I am up for renewal so I have been bombarded with emails to renew to lock in the current rate).
