Purchase any specially marked 1.25kg Patties Party pack and any additional Patties product from the ‘additional participating Patties products’ range* within the ‘promotion period’ from a participating Coles Supermarket throughout Australia.

HOW TO CLAIM:

1. Cut out and fully complete the claim form (found on the reverse of the specially marked 1.25kg Patties Party Pack)

2. Attach the original product barcode from the additional participating Patties product purchased,

3. Enclose the fully completed claim form, in a stamped envelope and send it to:

So it is received so that it is received no later than 29 February 2008.
