  • Betterbills.com.au is a far better service.
Cold hard cashback- and probably far more than what iselect would give you in giftcard value too.

    • I can see that ALL these websites (including iselect) trying to sell their "own" providers, just had a look at Betterbills.com.au and they do the same…

      • True- betterbills doesn't list every health fund.

But the HUGE difference with betterbills compared with iselect and comparethemarket etc is that betterbills pass (at least 50%) of the commission they make on to you.

Iselect and comparethemarket etc keep 100% of the commission to themselves as profit.

  • +1

What are the terms for this offer? how long must the policy be held to get the gift card?

  • If I get my $100 Kogan voucher from Choosewell before the 29th, then I might call iSelect and claim their offer too. Choosewell is meant to get it to me by the 30th.

  • What are the T&C to this offer? Will I be locked into a long term contract with the health insurance provider (ie. not being able to switch from one to another for a year)?

  • Short-term gains, long-term pains

  • Might be worth it if you can cancel the policy the moment you get the gift card. Otherwise there is nobody that can convince me that health insurance is worth it when we have socialized healthcare.

    • Enjoy your higher tax bill

  • Nice offer. Additionally you get frequent flyer points…

  • I was thinking of doing this today, but I can't find any info on this offer elsewhere. No T&Cs. Where did you find a out about this OP?

    • I called and they didn't have any T&Cs that they could email me, but she said the card would be issued in 10 days.
