      OK, seems lie you cant use the code on own own since its below $!)but remain cheap, and you can have a cheap meal nearly every day until 25/2 if there's a branch near you. Now I have to edit the post.

    Chullora Five Stars Thaitanic told me that they only accept Scoopon vouchers between 11am-3pm. Apparently they're only valid when they're offering the lunch menu.

      It clearly states on the scoopon site for lunch or dinner.
      I'm not surprised as lots of businesses don't like to see discount vouchers. Did you show them the scoopon website

      When ordering lunch or dinner please use the lunch menu - dinner menu not available.

      However, fine print does not state that you cannot eat it during dinner time.
      They are obviously not understanding of the deal they got into with Scoopon. Typical of lot of dealers. Refusal to honour a written agreement on the basis that they had something different in mind when they signed the contract with Scoopon.
