Although older, isn't the Find 7A a better phone? It's cheaper at $319.20 plus cahsrewards.

R7 has a mid range processor Find 7a is flagship. However in daily usage unless you are playing heaps of games you probably wouldn't notice the difference. It's only when I multitask (particularly things like google maps) that I can see the value in getting a flagship but if it's just daily browsing it shouldn't be anything to write home about.@chriaj2689:
Right, so better CPU, battery, wifi, but worse front facing camera. The Find 7a seems the much better phone if you're happy with the extra size.

In terms of value for money I think it's better but each to their own. I personally think that if you're going for a budget or mid range device Oppo isn't the best value option out there.
R7 has a 2320 mAh Li-Po Battery (unremovable) - terrible even for a 5"
The Nexus 5 has a smaller battery, 2300mah.
Then again, 'good battery life' was not one of the strong points of a Nexus 5, and so a 30mah improvement is probably only a drop in a Olympic sized swimming pool…
