Why not just recompile for ARM?
You can not "just install Wine" because it is not support ARM.
Regarding review. It was in Jul issue. We fixed a lot for that time and simplify the process :)

I'm genuinely curious as to why there are different price tiers for software depending on the hardware that is being used. It's most unlike most other consumer Linux software licensing.
